Description

The North Carolina Broker Prelicensing course is a 75-hour class in basic real estate principles and practices. In our class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics.
Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.

Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. starting Monday, July 7th via Zoom. Kika James will be teaching this class. Final Exam on December 15th, Retake will be December 22nd. No class on November 26th.
