Description
The North Carolina Broker Prelicensing course is a 75-hour class in basic real estate principles and practices. In our class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics. Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.
Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. starting Monday, March 30th via Zoom. Kika James will be teaching this class. Final Exam on July 9th, retake will be July 16.
