Description

This 30-hour course includes a review of agency relationships in real estate sales transactions and a real estate agent’s legal duties to clients and customers, step-by-step review and discussion of the functions and responsibilities of a real estate agent when working with residential sellers and buyers, a review of issues associated with agent compensation and agents changing firms, and a review of license status and education issues.

Classes are Saturdays & Sundays from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. starting Saturday, April 11 via Zoom. Kika James will be teaching this class. Final exam on April 26. Exam Retake will be May 2. No class April 18 or 19th.
