This is a tip that you should be observing no matter what season it is, but it’s especially important in the spring! Even if you have clients that are happy with their current homes and most likely won’t be looking to buy or sell, don’t be afraid to check in and let them know that you’re available for any of their needs! They may not be looking to buy or sell themselves, but they know someone who is and you’ll want to be fresh in their mind in case they’re asked to refer an agent!
