Amy is passionate about coastal North Carolina and its vibrant communities, where she’s lived and worked her entire life. She’s a proud graduate of the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a member of several professional and private organizations. Her career in real estate has spanned 20 years in general brokerage, new construction, and most recently a managing broker in charge for 8 years where she coached, trained, and mentored new and experienced agents in the Hampstead area for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
She believes that education and knowledge make the good great, and she strives to give back to every agent she meets whose goal it is to have real estate be their lifelong career. When she’s not working in real estate, she’s spending time on her farm with her husband caring for her cows, horses, chickens, dogs, and one donkey.
