Over the years we have grown to accommodate the increasing demand of North Carolina real estate professionals. We are proud to announce that we have opened another location to make classes more accessible. Our newest class location in Fayetteville, NC will be coming soon. Pre-Licensing Course
Taking and completing the pre-licensing course is the first step to achieving your North Carolina Real Estate License. Our pre-licensing course includes 75 hours of instruction covering the many facets of the real estate market. There is a test at the end of the course that prepares each student for the state exam. The pre-licensing course also includes a cram course for every student. The cram course is a one-day crash course to prep students for their state exam. The next cram course in Fayetteville, NC will take place on August 13th.
Post-Licensing Course
Congratulations on passing your licensing exam. Once you’ve gotten this formality out of the way, it is time to build a thriving real estate business. As a provisional broker, you need to complete 90 hours of post-licensing education within three years. Our post licensing classes are designed to provide the required education in a timeframe conducive to building your new business. We’ve broken our classes into 3 courses, each 30 hours. You can either do the minimum of one course each year or get them done as quickly as you desire. You don’t need to take the courses in any particular order, so it can fit your business needs and schedule.
Continuing Education
If there’s one thing you can count on in real estate, it is change. This is why federal and state regulations require real estate professionals to complete 8 hours of continuing education each year. Sea Coast Real Estate Academy offers a variety of continuing education courses at our Fayetteville location throughout the year. Continuing education courses are not only a great way to stay up to date on the market, but they help you to network with other agents.
