The Broker Prelicensing course is a 76-hour class in basic real estate principles and practices. In our class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics.
Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.
Classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting Tuesday, January 14 at our Fayetteville location. No class 2/11 and 2/13. Angela Brady will be teaching this course. *This schedule incorporates additional math review*
