Description
The North Carolina Broker Prelicensing course is a 75-hour class in basic real estate principles and practices. In our class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics.
Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.
Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting Tuesday, April 18 via Zoom. Scotty Beal will be teaching this class. Final exam on May 23 and retake exam on May 30.
