Description

The North Carolina Broker Prelicensing course is a 75-hour class in basic real estate principles and practices. In our class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics.

Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.

Classes are Tuesday & Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. starting Tuesday, October 10 via Zoom. No class Thanksgiving week (Nov 21 & 23). Sam Hassell will be teaching this class. Final Exam on December 21, Retake will be December 28.
