GENUP 2026-2027 (9927)

The Real Estate General Update Course is a required four-hour annual class for licensees who ARE NOT designated as BIC-eligible and who wish to maintain their license on “Active” status with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

The class will be taught by Amy Helm on Tuesday, October 27 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. This class will be taught in person at Coldwell Banker – 1001 N Lake Park Blvd, Carolina Beach, NC 28428.
