The Contract Maze
This CE elective course is designated to navigate the intricate details and elusive question of “When does an offer become a contract?” A seemingly simple question. However, many lawsuits have arisen from sellers and buyers not agreeing on this point. This course addresses electronic signature legislation, fax and email communications, multiple, back-up and contingent offers, and much, much more.
The class will be taught by Donna Chase on Sunday, June 7 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at our Jacksonville location.
There will be a short break for lunch.
