BIC Update:

The Real Estate BIC Update Course is a required four-hour annual class for brokers designated by the NCREC as a Broker-in-Charge or are Broker-in-Charge eligible and who wish to who wish to maintain their license on “Active” status and retain their BIC or BIC-eligibility status.

The class will be taught by Donna Chase on Friday, June 7 from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at our Jacksonville location.

Ethics: For the Good of All:
The Continuing Education course Agency: Art or Agony is a four-hour elective class designed to make brokers “stop and think” about his or her actions when working with buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. This course reviews the various agency laws and rules, and then participants evaluate actual North Carolina cases wherein brokers served as a dual agent.

The class will be taught by Donna Chase on Friday, June 7 from 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at our Jacksonville location.

There will be a short break for lunch.
