Between the Lines: Insights from the R.E. Bulletin
A real estate elective course designed to address some of the most commonly asked questions posed by real estate brokers and to provide insight into many misunderstood positions taken by the Commission on transactional matters. This elective is designed as a Best Practices Learning System.
This course begins with a ‘Knowledge Quiz’, but the book includes each article, in full, as appearing in the Bulletin.
General Update Course:
The Real Estate General Update Course is a required four-hour annual class for licensees who are NOT designated as BIC-eligible and who wish to maintain their license on “Active” status with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
Topics for this year’s Update include: Competence, Material Facts, Home Inspections, Wire Fraud, Law and Rule Changes, and Licensing and Education.
The class will be taught by George Perdue on Thursday, February 27 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at our Wilmington location.
There will be a short break for lunch.
