Scotty Beal obtained his law degree in 1994 and actively practiced until 2012 when he devoted his full-time activities to commercial real estate brokerage and property management. After making North Carolina his home more than 13 years ago, Scotty started and has been the driving force behind The Beal Group, and a proud member of the Coldwell Banker Advantage family. His full-service approach to commercial real estate and property management has earned him many accolades from his clients and customers. Scotty is an approved real estate instructor in North Carolina and teaches all facets of real estate, including pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education.
