Ann moved to the beautiful town of Kure Beach in 2014 after living in Cary, NC since 1994. She spent 11 years as a high school science teacher and dept. chair in Wake County. Her years of teaching have given her a broad knowledge of the education system and the insight to understand how to serve all levels of educational needs. Ann holds a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science and Biology, as well as being an approved NC Real Estate Commission instructor. She has had her broker’s license since 2006, and has been teaching real estate courses since 2014.
Born & raised in California, Ann spent 10 years in senior management specializing in residential mortgage markets. Her experience in mortgage banking provided her with the background necessary to meet the needs of real estate and finance for her clients.
Ann holds the professional designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and is currently the Director of Education for Sea Coast Real Estate Academy. Ann’s experience in education and mortgage lending bring a unique insight to residential real estate.
Ann and her husband, Patrick, have been married for more than 40 years and have 3 grown daughters and four Grandchildren. Ann loves spending time with family and friends, volunteering, traveling & exploring the gorgeous coastal communities of North Carolina.
